Down and Dirty August 2010

This month we decided to dedicate the entire issue to the life blood of any prerunner, its suspension. Along with the suspension tech, we also feature a Class 9 car owned by Kyle Cox. We have our coverage of the Best in the Desert Vegas to Reno 2010 race with a cool video to show you some of the highlights of the “Longest Off Road Race in America”.

King Shocks sent us a 2.5” Double Bypass shock to make a video to show you how to rebuild it.

Then we compare the top dogs in Off Road racing to see what the difference is between a Pro 2 short course truck and a Trophy Truck.

Our top suspension article shows you in-depth what is involved with engineering a long travel suspension kit.

Next month we will bring you coverage of the SCORE Terrible’s Primm 300, and continuing on our suspension tech, we will have a video on how to shorten a hydraulic bumpstop.

Be sure to forward our new magazine to all your friends, your help in sharing our magazine is what keeps it free.

That’s all for this month.

See you in the Dirt
