Fabtech Long Travel Rhino Suspension

For years Fabtech has been creating some of the best offroad suspension components for trucks and Jeeps, and now instead of just getting their feet wet in the ATV market it seems they have done a cannonball.

The UTV aftermarket is huge, so it only makes sense that if you already have the means to make great suspension products that you would make long travels kits for UTVs.

Fabtech’s Rhino kit is designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms utilize 3/4 " teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8” uniballs for an unrestricted 13” of usable wheel travel. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2 “ heim ends. This system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV axle assemblies. The heart of this system is Fabtech’s Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech’s race shock line for maximum durability.

Now Fabtech could not have built this kit without doing a little testing. They put the long hours in to dial in the shock valving for you hardcore drivers that like to put their Rhinos to the test, while still keeping a comfortable ride for those times you are just cruising around the campsite.

This entire long travel system is finished in a gray powdercoat to provide durability and a little stealthyness since it blends with the undercarriage of your Rhino.

I think Fabtech really did their homework on this one. Taking their years of experience with suspension geometry and getting feedback from other UTV drivers helped them produce a top quality long travel suspension kit for the most popular UTV on the market.
