Mesquite, Nevada—Mesquite, Nevada, is going B-I-G February 21-24, 2013. The resort destination, located 77 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada, and about 25 miles from St. George, Utah, will be the place to be for Off-Road fans and riders. The Nitro Circus is best described as if “Evel Knievel and eight of his equally insane buddies had a television show where they tried to top each other’s stunts week after week.” Nitro Circus Founding Partner Gregg Godfrey—and the producer of the Nitro Circus motion picture and World Tour—has several insane tricks planned for his crew during the Nitro Circus “Beyond Pro” event which goes LIVE at 6:30 PM on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Tickets start at $20 for kids 12 and under, $30 for adults, and special VIP tickets are available for $99 and include a very special demonstration—and Guinness Book of World Records jump attempt–on Friday night, February 22.
For those who want to get into the action prior to the Nitro Circus event, the Mesquite Off-Road Trail Rides and the Nitro Enduro Challenge Races will offer that opportunity.
The Trail rides will be 4-6 hour off road adventures complete with easy, intermediate, and advanced trails will take place all day Friday, February 22, and Saturday, February 23. Riders can use their own trail bikes, ATV, side-by-sides, jeeps, or rentals will be available. The rides will be guided by a sanctioned-event rider and will include a welcome gift, trail brochure, lunch, and $10 free casino play at the Eureka Casino Resort. Tickets start at $99 for the first rider, and $39 for each additional passenger.
The Nitro Enduro Challenge will feature several divisions including youth, novice, amateur, vet, and pro/expert for ATV, trails bike, and side-by-side. There will be a $7,500 purse offered for the vet, pro, and SxS. The Nitro Enduro Challenge will take place right behind the Eureka Casino Resort on 100 acres of rugged desert dirt. The new course will feature big rocks, deep mud, steep hills, and other obstacles to challenge the riders and thrill the audience. Races begin at 1 pm on Friday and run through 5 pm on Saturday. The Power Sports Plaza Expo will be filled with vendor tents and exhibits, live entertainment, race pits, special appearances, food from prime rib to bratwurst, and drinks from beer to wine, and much more. The Plaza Expo is in the heart of the Mesquite Off-Road Weekend action. Entry to the Plaza Expo is included in the weekend tickets for Nitro Beyond Pro show and the Nitro Enduro Challenge Races.
