Tickets Now On Sale For Championship Off Road Racing Rounds 5 & 6 In Pomona, California |
Newport Beach, CA (May 27, 2008)– Tickets are now on sale for the much anticipated rounds five and six of the Championship Off Road Racing 2008 race season. Tickets can be purchased online at www.corracing.com where fans can choose their own seats when purchasing a premium ticket. Reserved seating guarantees your seat location all day, giving spectators the option to visit the open pits and grab autographs from their favorite drivers while checking out vendor and sponsor displays.
"Online ticketing has eliminated wait times for fans. They no longer have to stand in long lines to purchase tickets. Even the line to will call is eliminated with the print-at-home function of our ticketing system. It’s a great tool to get fans through the gates quickly and to the heart of the racing action," said Patricia Castillo, head of ticketing for CORR.
CORR kicked off its 2008 season in late April in Pomona to a crowd of over 15,000 spectators. Supercross Champs Jeremy McGrath and Ricky Johnson battled it out in the Pro 2 class against five-time CORR Champion Johnny Greaves, with 2000 Pro 4 Champion, Rob MacCachren winning both Saturday’s and Sunday’s events. Ticket prices are:
$46 – Adult Premium admission (reserved seating)
$30 – Adult General admission (open seating)
$5 – Kids 4 to 12 years-old (premium & GA)
Free – Kids 3 and under.

Gates open at 9:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday. General Parking is located at Gate 17 on Fariplex Dr.
The Fairplex is located in Pomona in Los Angeles County, drawing fans from the largest populated county in the nation, according to the 2005 US Census.
